Master Captain Barry
Master Captain Barry, a former bass-fishing pro, dedicated over 10 years to the MLF-FLW Pro Tour circuit before shifting his focus and passion to saltwater fishing. As the founder and owner of Executive Saltwater Charters, he proudly serves the Destin area. A native of Birmingham, Alabama, Barry has always been a competitor at heart; before his fishing career, he was a running back for Auburn University. Known for his contagious positivity and excellent outlook on life, Barry is recognized for his ability to find the best fishing spots and for being one of the most personable captains among the Destin fishing charters. Recently, he updated his credentials and is now a certified Master Captain, offering clients a more educated and experienced professional fishing crew than many in the region.
Captain George
Captain George has been running Destin fishing charters for years, bringing a true native’s knowledge of the Emerald Coast. Having spent a lifetime fishing these waters, he knows exactly where to go and how to put you on the fish.
Known for both his skill and personality, Captain George makes every trip with his professional fishing crew as fun as it is productive. His ability to consistently find the big ones is something you have to experience firsthand, and his easygoing, entertaining style keeps everyone engaged from start to finish.

Captain Connor
Connor is our man of many talents. Not only does he know his way around the water, but he is one of the most skilled at using a fish fillet knife we've seen. During the summers, he joins our professional fishing crew while on break from pursuing his passion for studying sharks, marine life, and marine science. Connor earned a bachelor's degree in Marine Biology from Stetson University, and during the winter months, you may find him as a biologist/observer on an Alaskan crab boat in the Bering Sea. His unique perspective enhances our Destin fishing charters, as he's also a walking encyclopedia when it comes to the swimmers of the sea. Growing up, he collected shark teeth as a hobby, has wrestled one or two while researching, and has a true passion for these extraordinary creatures. Connor also enjoyed a college football career and, even more notably, is a fabulous cook and serves as our official cameraman! Although Connor isn't on board much, if you are lucky enough to have him on one of our saltwater fishing excursions, you are in for a treat!
