Executive Saltwater Charters is staffed with professional, kind and well-mannered captains and crew. We provide superior personal service from educated, reliable and dependable staff who are experts on catching fish and sticklers for boat and water safety. Our crew's main objective is to create last memories and having an adventure of a lifetime.
Master Captain Barry
Master Captain Barry, a former bass-fishing pro, spent over 10 years fishing on the MLF-FLW Pro Tour circuit before switching his rods and passion over to the deep blue. Barry is the founder and owner of Executive Saltwater Charters and is a native of Birmingham, Alabama. Barry is a competitor by nature and prior to his fishing career, he competed on the football field as a running back for Auburn University. Barry has a contagious good outlook and attitude towards life. He strives for excellence and is known for always finding the fish and as one of the most personable captains in the Destin area. More recently, he has updated his credentials and is now a certified Master Captain, giving you a more educated and more experienced captain at the helm than most in the area.
Captain George
Captain George has been running charters in Destin’s waters for years and brings a true native’s knowledge of the Emerald Coast. Having spent a lifetime fishing these waters, he knows exactly where to go and how to put you on the fish.
Known for both his skill and personality, Captain George makes every trip as fun as it is productive. His ability to consistently find the big ones is something you have to experience firsthand, and his easygoing, entertaining style keeps everyone engaged from start to finish.

Captain Connor
Connor is our man of many talents. Not only does he know his way around the water, but he is one of the most skilled using a fish fillet knife we've seen. Connor has spent his summers with us while on break from pursuing his passion for studying sharks, marine life and marine science. He earned a bachelor's degree in Marine Biology from Stetson University and during the winter months you may find him as a biologist/observer on an Alaskan Crab boat in the Bering Sea. Connor definitely brings a unique perspective to our excursions as he's also a walking encyclopedia when it comes to the swimmers of the sea. He grew up collecting shark teeth as a hobby, has wrestled one or two while researching and has a true passion for these extraordinary creatures. He too has enjoyed a college football career and even more notably, is a fabulous cook and serves as our official camera man! Connor isn't on board much, but if you are lucky to have him onboard, you are in for a treat!
